short walk efficient staff shopping center high temperature stuffy room slightly open windows
The location proved perfect. It was a short walk to the restaurant and large shopping center. The front desk staff were very helpful and efficient.
The room was very warm, even though it was autumn. The windows only opened slightly, so I couldn't cool the room down. It was a really uncomfortable night.

a comfortable family visit
polite staff spacious room tea facilities convenient parking
The staff were really polite. I felt welcome. the room was clean and spacious. it included tea and coffee making facilities. i appreciated the convenient parking right outside for £12 for 24 hours. this was just what we needed for our stay. it was near a mcdonald's where we ate breakfast and a fridays restaurant where we had dinner!!
the pool had a maximum occupancy, i wish it was larger.

Convenient Stay Near the Port
ideal location helpful staff quiet room on-site parking
I found the location ideal for accessing the port area. The staff were helpful arranging transportation early in the morning. The room was quiet and I did not experience disruptions from outside noise. I also appreciated the availability of on-site parking, though it is subject to a fee.
The shower in my room had fluctuating water temperatures, a bit inconvenient.
Service
9/10
The staff members were consistently available and proactive. They addressed my inquiries promptly. Their assistance with directions and local information greatly improved my stay. I found their willingness to help particularly valuable during a busy travel period.
