The staff were really polite. I felt welcome. the room was clean and spacious. it included tea and coffee making facilities. i appreciated the convenient parking right outside for £12 for 24 hours. this was just what we needed for our stay. it was near a mcdonald's where we ate breakfast and a fridays restaurant where we had dinner!!
the pool had a maximum occupancy, i wish it was larger.

this hotel is very near the places we wanted to visit. the location is excellent, as it is close to the main street and west quay. the area around the hotel felt safe, both inside and outside.

The room included a fridge, useful. there was also a sofa in the room. This meant i didn't have to lie on the bed to watch tv. i used the pool and sauna. It was a relaxing experience.

I found the location ideal for accessing the port area. The staff were helpful arranging transportation early in the morning. The room was quiet and I did not experience disruptions from outside noise. I also appreciated the availability of on-site parking, though it is subject to a fee.
The shower in my room had fluctuating water temperatures, a bit inconvenient.
